As we all know, time flies when you’re having fun! FYE is approaching (the last day of the fiscal year is 6/30/22).

Some FYE Checklist Items to begin thinking about:

*Please note* These tasks can be performed at anytime leading up to the end of the fiscal year:

• Create New Calendars
• Enter Salary Schedules for the new school year
• Update Deduction Amounts for the new school year
• Use effective date changes to update employee deductions
• Setup summer pays in OH STRS
• Use effective date changes to update employee pay rates
• Add SERS pay periods for upcoming fiscal year
• Access EMIS profile and verify dates and reporting period
• Verify EMIS positions
• Load the EMIS Staff Report work file to prepare for final collection – L

Five Year Forecast Season

Five Year Forecast final deadline is May 31st, 2022. NEOnet will still process these on your behalf. Please send your forecast along with your district’s assumptions to fiscalhelp@neonet.org by May 27th
