October 2022 Fiscal Monthly Update

Fiscalabration

On October 8th we had our Fiscalabration. Wow, what a time we had over the last five years! There were times we weren’t sure if we would make it, but as of today, we only have a few districts that need to transfer their Inventory, and after that everyone will have successfully converted/merged over to a new Fiscal Software. We are excited to establish new trainings and working with districts and get everyone acclimated with their new software through these trainings.

Our team loved seeing everyone’s faces who could make it. It’s been a while since we all have had the pleasure to get in a group setting like that. Our lunch was catered by Boston Market, and Patrick Goclano was “Alex Trebek” with the game of Jeopardy. We had door prizes, and our very own Susanne Searl created a custom keychain that we put on our gift that everyone received. We heard wonderful feedback that everyone enjoyed their time. A huge thank you to everyone, even if you weren’t able to make it to the Fiscalabration, we appreciate you and are so grateful and proud to be able to serve and help you on a daily basis.

eFP Treasurer’s Advisory Committee

NEOnet will now host the first of many eFianancePlus Treasurer Advisory Committee on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 12 pm. You will have the option to come in person or join via Zoom. For those that attend in person, there will be lunch provided. You will want to make sure you attend this meeting. This is a great time to express your concerns and thoughts. Joining this meeting via Zoom, we have two employees from PowerSchool, Susan Andrews, and Tamie Swain. They will be there to listen and provide feedback. The more that attend the better Advisory meeting we will have.
