Michael graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He is the Technical Applications Support Team Coordinator. Michael and his team are responsible for database and application support as well as third-party extracts for both Student Services and Fiscal Services teams.

Michael lives in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife Val and their three children. He enjoys camping, hiking and golfing.

Steven graduated from Cleveland State University. He enjoys spending time outdoors, backpacking, spending time at the beach, developing software, reading a good book, and playing with my dog, a golden retriever named Max.

Prior to joining NEOnet, Austin Kendrick spent 2 years in Marketing honing skills in client relations, communication, and business analytics. Always having a knack for technology use, software application, and learning new skills, he is excited to bring his strengths to the team.

In his free time Austin enjoys going out with friends, playing video games, and working out.
