Cody graduated from The University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. He brings over 10 years of experience in the IT field to NEOnet. Cody is responsible for coordinating and leading the District Technology Services department. He is committed to assisting our customers to ensure they can deliver the educational experience that their students deserve.

John Gill is a graduate of the University of Akron and has a passion for helping others navigate technology. He has a wide array of experience in information technologies including systems administration, software development, and connectivity. A resident of Stow, he and his wife Robin have raised three sons. John enjoys working with his hands and solving problems.

Eric joined the NEOnet team in 2016 as a desktop support analyst. Prior to joining NEOnet he worked for Kent State University part-time as a desktop support specialist for four years. Eric graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor of science in 2015. He is currently assisting Medina County Career Center with all of their tech needs.

Darcy began her teaching career for the Maple Heights City Schools after graduating from Ohio University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education. During her 21 years there, Darcy also earned a master’s degree in instructional technology from Kent State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership with principal licensure from Cleveland State University. Darcy then worked as a technology assistant in the Maple Heights City Schools from 2014 to 2018 after being contracted through the ESC of Cuyahoga County. Now, Darcy has been a part of the NEOnet team since 2018 and continues to provide technology support for the Maple Heights City School District.

Sarah received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Kent State University. She is responsible for providing IT support for the Mogadore Local School District.

Prior to joining the NEOnet team, Jacob worked simultaneous roles as both an IT specialist and network administrator. He is committed to bringing premier services that districts and their students deserve.

Marcus grew up in the greater Cincinnati area. He is a Bengals fan, but also enjoys following the Packers, Cyclones, and Penguins. He enjoys learning and working with technology. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, playing videogames with friends and tending to his tarantulas.

Jarrod spent 12 yrs in the Air Force stationed in VA, TX and Germany as an Imagery analysis providing direct support for Operations in Northern Africa and the middle east. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoy playing and watching sports.

Cody is committed to providing exceptional service to Stow-Munroe Falls Schools and helping further the learning of students through technology. Prior to joining NEOnet he worked at Geek Squad as a repair technician where he provided tech support for all different kinds of technology. In his spare time, Cody enjoys gaming, cycling and spending time with his friends.

Dustin started his technology career at a local manufacturing facility and assisted the system administrator with various deployments. He furthered his knowledge with Geek Squad, expanding his technical skills into mobile devices and computer issues that people face every day. With this foundation working with all types of technology and people, Dustin hopes to solidify his career in the education system; the perfect mix of repairing technology and educating the public about new technologies that will be used to further the learning of students at Stow-Munroe Falls Schools.

Matthew recently joined the NEOnet DTS team. , he graduated from Columbia High school and the Lorain County Joint Vocational school in 2017. Following his interests in Information Technology, he continued his education through Lorain County Community College and Akron University to strive for a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems - Network Communications. His journey for a bachelor’s degree is planned to be completed in December 2021.

Prior to joining NEOnet, Lee Boring worked at R.G. Drage Career Technical Center and then Rootstown Local Schools as a Technology Coordinator for the last 7 years. Lee is currently the Technology Coordinator of Stow-Monroe Falls City School District.

Jacob Seiler graduated from Green High School and Portage Lakes Career Center in 2018. After graduating he continued to work at Geek Squad as both a Consultation Agent and an Advanced Repair Agent. After gaining experience both repairing devices and assisting users, he came to NEOnet to broaden his knowledge of enterprise technology and provide a world class experience for those in need of support.

Matthew is a self-taught Desktop Support Specialist with a CCNA and also has a background in culinary arts. Outside of the professional work Matt enjoys painting, punk-rock concerts, and exercise. Matt also volunteers his time to a local sports league. He also has an extensive converse collection and prides himself on his ability to pair his converse with any outfit.

In 2014, Riley Davis completed his studies at Wadsworth High School. Following that, he ventured into the food and service sectors before joining Geek Squad as a Consultation Agent and later as an Advanced Repair Agent. Having acquired proficiency in device repair and user assistance through his work there, Riley sought to expand his expertise in enterprise technology and offer exceptional support to individuals in need by joining NEOnet.

Prior to NEOnet, Matthew Wakeley worked as helpdesk specialist at Gorman-Rupp and also worked at Ft. Rucker in Alabama supporting foreign military helicopter pilots as an IT Technician. He also spent 20 years as a corrections officer at MCI in Marion Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, video games, astronomy, and storm chasing.

Brandon Farley graduated from Ellet High School in 2017. He went on to work at Epiphany Management Group to provide quality customer service to their customers. After gaining his initial customer service experience, he went on to work at Geek Squad as both a Consultant Agent and an Advanced Repair Agent, gaining hands-on experience with repair services for numerous devices. He then worked for K-12 Tech, an Indiana based white-glove Chromebook repair company providing repair services for various schools around Northeast Ohio. He has come to NEOnet to expand his knowledge and experience in the IT Field, and continue providing high quality customer support.

Ted Haddad started his IT career at an accounting firm and working as an independent web designer. After a brief period out of the technology field, he is excited to return and be a part of the NEOnet team! When not troubleshooting hardware, you can find Ted hiking and biking through the metro parks, or enjoying a night gaming with friends and family.
